Hello dear all,

Here are the salsa making and ingredients in pictures.

You can add or take away anthing you like. The fresh salsa is medium hot.

The roasted salsa is not hot at all. Take your pick.

If you don't make your own roasted chile, you can buy it from supermarkets .

I bought mine in Walmart and Costco.

For our family's taste in fresh salsa, I used all the tomatos, cilantro, and jalapenos.

I used 1 sweet onion (didn't use the purple one), 4 cloves of garlic,

and 1/2 of a lime juice + 1 1/4 tspsea salt for seasoning.








For the roasted salsa--I used 4 extra large tomatos, 1 large sweet onion and 6 cloves of garlic.

Roast until the veggies are cooked through. Put everything in a food processor and pulse 3-4 times for

chucky sauce, or puree the veggies for a smooth sauce. Season with 1/2 of a lime juice and 1 1/4 tsp of

sea salt.
Serve the sauce as it is, or add some roasted chile and cilantro. My family like the sauce a

little chunky, and we like to have some chile and cilantro with the sauce also, see pictures.

1. 蕃茄一定要用熟透的才會好吃喔
