44 oday's harvest -- Meiwa kumquats, Meyer lemons, and savoy cabbage.
I'll be making lemon marmalade again, it was a hit last year.
45 Today's harvest -- Swiss chard, spinach, Celio cauliflower 冬天也能種菜。
All my vegetables are grown in low tunnels during late fall and winter.
The spinach is really sweet and tender this time of the year.
46 Today's harvest -- Napa cabbages and carrots, the carrots are grown in container,
they are beginning to size up as spring is around the corner.
做酸菜嚕﹐兩個白菜 11.20 lb 5.08 kg
紅蘿蔔還小要等一下。
47 Shanghai Bok Choy, Tatsoi, Carrots.
I'm home alone this week, this small harvest is enough for me.
青江菜﹐榻菜﹐紅蘿蔔 -- 剛好夠我一個人吃
這些小紅蘿蔔甜脆得很呢﹐外面買不到的味哦。

芥菜 -- 都是用來做雪裡紅。

泰國嫁過來的筒篙.
57 Japanese turnip, mibuna, Shanghai green stem bok choy
and Cantonese white stem bok choy.
58 Mixed lettuces, snap peas, green onions.
59 Misome greens and baby beets.
60 Garlic chives and mibuna

End of season for root vegetables in high desert.
最後的春種根菜

那個帶花的小瓜沒授粉所以剪下來吃了, 不然會爛掉.
蠶荳嫩嫩時收下烤煎炸都好, 豆殼十分嫩不硬沒渣.

山東蒜頭 和 西安蒜頭
中間的是西班牙蒜苔, 大概再過兩三個禮拜就可以收蒜頭了
65 Napa cabbage, celtuce, squashes, eggplants, peppers, cherry tomatoes.
Spring planted heading cabbage don't wrapped up to form a barrel as fall
and winter cabbages do.
春天種的大白菜不包心, 大概是日長溫度高的關係吧, 秋冬兩季種的有包心哦.
