卡爾多代波洛  墨式雞湯

材料: 


雞湯

  煮熟的雞塊
橡子南瓜,花椰菜(或任何你手邊的蔬菜)*
烤辣椒(可選) 

檸檬或萊姆汁

酪梨

切碎的香菜

  鹽和胡椒

 1。雞湯燒開,放入蔬菜煮到軟,
小心別煮過頭, 否則蔬菜會沒味又成糊。

 2。加入熟雞塊,熱到透,調味,
加入一把切碎香菜, 離火。

3。將湯料盛入碗中,飾以酪梨,檸檬或萊姆。 

佐以玉米餅或米飯(或兩者) 。

*通常你會發現在這個湯中有馬鈴薯,但為了保持湯水清澈, 我不喜歡使用它,

  

Caldo De Pollo 墨式雞湯

 

Ingredients for Mexican Chicken Soup:

 Homemade chicken broth

 Cooked chicken (from the stock)

 Acorn squash, cauliflower (or whatever vegetables you have on hand)*

Roasted chili peppers (optional)

Lemon or lime juice

 Avocado

 Chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste


1.  Bring chicken broth to boil, drop in vegetables cook until tender, do not overcooked or the vegetables will be tasteless and mushy.

 2.  Add cooked chicken to the soup and heat through, season to your taste, toss in a handful of chopped cilantro and remove from heat.

3.  Ladle soup into a bowl and garnish with avocado and lemon or lime.  

Serve soup with tortillas or rice (or both).

*Usually you'll find potato in this soup, but I prefer not to use it and keep the soup clear.

  韓國夏南瓜泡菜


任何類型的夏南瓜都成,我正好有一個橡實型夏南瓜坐在廚房櫃檯盯著我,


我用一部分做韓國泡菜,剩餘部份做了一道墨西哥
綠色辣椒雞湯。

調味品成分和大白菜泡菜
是一樣的

除了這一個有
添加少量煮熟的糯米糊。

用什麼瓜都可以,政府沒規定,做法跟大白菜泡菜一樣。

 

Squash Kimchi 韓式夏南瓜泡菜

Any kind of squash will do,

I happen to have an acorn squash sitting on the kitchen counter staring at me,

I use part of it to make kimchi and the rest go into a Mexican green chili chicken soup. 

The seasoning ingredients are same as napa cabbage kimchi except this one has a small amount of  cooked sweet rice paste added to it.
