附上梨子種天然酵母的資料。 **水梨酵種製作: 材料: 水梨(洗淨去蒂切小塊)1個225g 礦泉水350g 蜂蜜15g 做法: 1.以上材料裝入沸水消毒過的玻璃罐中混勻, 表面封以保鮮膜,並用針刺數洞, 27度C培養約3-7日,每日搖晃2次 (圖1為48小時後)
