做了巧克力蛋糕後, 又為朋友做了酒香撲鼻的生日蛋糕. 原始食譜 請按這裡
當時並未想到要用來裝飾別墅, 因此蛋糕沒有拍照.
後來因為很想跟大家分享這個蛋糕食譜, 所以特地再做一個.
這次貼的照片是切下的一片蛋糕.
I brought it to the office today and it was gone in 5 minutes!
1. 一包18.25oz 的黃色蛋糕(加了布丁粉的)預拌粉(moist yellow cake mix with pudding already in it) 2. 8oz 低脂酸奶油 (low-fat sour cream) (註: 也可用全脂的)
2.用一中型碗, 把上面材料全部放入, 用電動打蛋器攪打5 分鐘.
3.麵糊入模, 進烤箱, 用華氏350度烤50 分鐘. 用牙籤插入拿出不沾濕麵糊即可. 1. 1/3 杯chardonnay 2. 2 大匙溶化好的奶油
澆上汁後, 可以再灑肉桂糖粉(肉桂+糖粉拌合) 裝飾.
酒香蛋糕在做好後8到12小時最好吃(如果等得了這麼久的話.)
我又修改酒香蛋糕配方, 1. 一包檸檬蛋糕(加了布丁粉的)預拌粉 (lemon cake mix with pudding mix already in it)
2. 8oz 低脂酸奶油 (low-fat sour cream)
3. ½ 杯瑪淇淋 (margarine) 4. 3 個蛋
酒香蛋糕, Heather 修改過的配方:
3. ½ 茶匙肉桂粉(ground cinnamon)
4. ½ 杯瑪淇淋 (margarine)
5. ¾ 杯白酒(chardonnay)(註:也可用雪莉酒)
6. 3 個蛋
7. ¼ 杯糖
8. 1 茶匙香草精
做法:
1.烤箱預熱至華氏350度. 10吋bundt 烤模先抹薄薄一層油, 並灑麵粉.
4.待蛋糕涼後, 脫模, 淋上澆汁.
澆汁(Heather 版)
3. 3 杯篩過的細糖粉(confectioner’s sugar)
以上混合攪勻(如不易攪勻可再微波一下再攪), 等蛋糕全涼, 澆汁稍涼時, 淋在蛋糕上.
Amaretto Sour Cake (酒香蛋糕變奏版)
想試驗做有Amaretto Sour 味道的蛋糕 (似乎沒有人做過這種蛋糕, 找不到現成食譜.)
但是我沒用蛋糕烤模, 我用瑪芬(muffin) 模做成瑪芬小蛋糕.
味道出人意外的好. 所以雖只是試驗, 也急著跟大家分享.
Amaretto Sour 是我最喜歡的飲料, 甜中帶酸, 有濃烈的杏仁香.
Amaretto Sour Cake食譜如下:
5. ¼ 杯糖
6. 2 大匙杏仁精(做酒香版蛋糕可改用amaretto 酒液)
7. 1 茶匙香草精
做法同上. 可烤成蛋糕也可做成瑪芬. 成品可用櫻桃裝飾,
配上也加了櫻桃的飲料, 很美吧?! 可惜我沒有拍照. 下回烤了再補照吧.

哇~~~ 才幾天沒來別墅多了一堆好料.... 酒香蛋糕....真是太誘人了... 我就先開動了喔~~~~~~~QQQ 嗯, 正好家裡有一堆白酒....哪天得閑...我也來試做吧.. 對了...Ameretto 是什麼酒咧??????
Heather, My cat woke me up in time to taste this delicious one... Thanks for sharing! Amaretto is good with coffee as well. Add small amount with hot cafe and you have cafe amore - wonder whether this combination will be good for a cake recipe. ++, 是杏仁酒~

Haha, I was wondering how the topic switched to rice wine all of a sudden myself. I guess Asians will be Asians. If anyone actually decides to make the rice wine cake please let the rest of us know how that tastes. In the meantime, everyone stay off the road! Everyone will be drunk on cake. Heather, Yes indeed it's like a heaven and even just the hotel can send me running back for more (have to save lots of dough before doing so though). Pictures can only reveal a little and you just have to go see for yourself:) I'm not a big baker myself, so I went buying a box of the liqueur cake made from cointreau liqueur this weekend. This could save me from the 'look but cannot taste' craving.

Tahai, 是ㄚ, 是德國製的:) 妳真是料事如神~ 今晚喝茶配蛋刀 *_^ 最喜歡橙子口味的東東, 水果糖總是將橙子口味的先吃完... 當然蛋刀也是. 因為不會做, 吃的也不多, 所以看看 Heather 的照片在 買個來解嚵就好.

Lini: 答對了! 我住在曼谷已有24年了. 去年大家瘋做fruit pound cake, 都是自 製糖漬橘皮/柚皮/檸檬皮, 省了不少koko, 我和Blue聊得開心,還差點要去紐 約賣橘子皮哩! 哈哈哈. 你一定還沒去別墅後院走走呵, 在那兒有成員居在地的資料. 可惜有字數的限 制, 新朋友的資料都還沒加進去.
厚~~醬子就可以賺到一些吃的和玩的勒 偶童鞋也住泰國(去年回去時才知道的,也是隔了25年的首次見面) 所以是一定會排時間去找她的~~她說要帶偶企看牛,她說泰國的牛都 很帥ㄟ,SO 也就可以順道企找妳在一起訖看牛喔 ^____^
Heather, I would like to try your amaretto sour cake which sounds so good. But, I don't see any liquid ingredient in your recipe. Is it the same as in your wine cake recipe, i.e. 3/4 cup chardonnay? Can I use water instead? If so, how much, 3/4 cup? Thanks for sharing your recipes. Peiying
Hello Peiying, Thanks for looking at my wine cake, and you asked a very good question! No, I did not add extra water for the non-alcoholic version, and it came out fine. Just make sure you add 2 tablespoons of almond extract. The mixture will be very thick. But if you find it too thick for your liking, you may add 1/2 cup milk. The alcoholic version can take up to 1/2 cup amaretto liquer depending on your penchant for alcohol. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving! Heather : )
